Escape into the Oberon high country ……

Ride a horse in the surrounding pine forest , stay in one of our cosy farm cabins with wood fires, give the kids a driving lesson in one of our new Polaris buggies around the farm. Interact with our many friendly farm animals and enjoy a campfire at night.

The climate is a definite four seasons with snow in winter , colourful autumn leaves, spring flowers and warm , mild summers.

We are about 15 minutes from Mayfield gardens & 40 minutes from Jenolan caves. Fossicking , bushwalking, and mushroom picking are popular outdoor activities in the area. Lake Oberon ( less than 10 minutes from us) is great for fishing and kayaking.

HORSE TRAIL RIDES

Please note…

As horse riding numbers are limited , staying guests get preference in booking our horse rides. We do take day visitors when we have availability only.

Children need to be accompanied by an adult on all of our rides.

Ride a horse through the forest on our scenic trails. All rides are fully guided & we provide riders with riding boots and helmets.

Horse riding weight limit is strictly 90 kg

To avoid any conflict or upset our riders. please note that the weight limit is necessary for the horses wellbeing and riders may be asked to weigh in before their ride.

please note to qualify for the family price your group needs to be two parents and two plus kids from the same immediate family.

45 minute assisted trail ride , suits kids 4 years and up ( adults can ride too)

$80/ person.

$75 / person for a family of 2 adults with 2 + kids.for staying guests as part of a package deal.

One hour trail is suitable for adults and kids 10years plus. $90/pp. (Staying guests as part of a package deal $80pp

1.5 hour trail ride is suitable for experienced riders ( adults & kids over 10 years) bush trails & a small waterfall. $130/pp or $120pp for a family. ( staying guests as part of a package deal $120/pp or $110/pp for a family)

SELF CONTAINED FARM COTTAGES

Stay in one of our self contained cottages on the farm with log fires, out door fire pit and loads of friendly animals.

TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE ( sleeps up to 4 people)

$250/ night or $210/ night as a package deal.

THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE ( sleeps up to 6 people)

$290/ night or $250/ night as part of a package deal.

To qualify for the package prices ,each guests must book a minimum of two activities along with the accommodation.

Weekends & school holidays have a two night minimum stay.

Long weekends have a 3 night minimum stay. Easter 4 night minimum stay.

One night mid week bookings may be accepted but additional charges will apply.

SELF DRIVE GUIDED BUGGY TOURS

Join one of our new Polaris buggy tours around the farm. Suitable for adults and kids. Kids can drive a buggy if they are over 10 years of age. The adult buggys have two seats & the kids ones are single seaters.Tours are approximately one hour and cost $90pp or $80pp for a family. ( $80per person or $70pp for a family of two adults & 2 plus kids for staying guests as part of a package deal )

FARM SAFARI & ANIMAL FEEDING

Be driven around the farm on your own personal farm safari to feed and interact with a wide variety of farm animals. Tours are one hour plus and cost is $150 per family ( maximum number of guests 5). Staying guests pay $100 per family as part of a package deal.

Terms & conditions.

We require full payment at time of booking.. If you cannot make the date you have booked we can offer other dates if we can re book the cottage for that time.

All horse, buggy rides and farm safaris need to be booked and paid at time of booking. If the weather is not suitable on the day your payment will be kept in credit for another day that suits.

If you book a horse ride, buggy trail or farm safari with us and do not turn up for your ride we are not able to refund your payment or offer alternative dates.
